Rev. Daniel Jessop, Pastor
Dan was born and raised in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He graduated from Rock Springs High School in 2003, and he was awarded a scholarship to play football and throw shot put for track & field at Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska. He graduated from Hastings in 2007 with a BA in Biology. Following college, he attended seminary at Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia. Dan did a one year long internship in Laurel, Maryland at Laurel Presbyterian Church, just outside of Washington DC, that solidified his calling to pastoral ministry. Dan returned to seminary, graduating in 2011, with his Master of Divinity. He was the pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Donalsonville, Georgia for five years before being called as the minister in Williamsburg in 2016.
He is married to Bethany and they have one child and two dogs. He is a weightlifter, Track and Field coach for Williamsburg, and an avid Nebraska football fan.
Pastor Dan typically holds office hours from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Monday-Thursday, and by appointment.
